Split, Croatia
Welcome to Split, the heart of Dalmatia and the second largest city of Croatia. During the tour you will learn about the history of the city and the dalmatian seaside way of life. The tour will take you through the narrow streets of the city to discover the several architectural styles that peek through the core of the old town. We won’t leave the main square, Riva, and the statue of Gregory of Nin behind, of course.
During this tour you will see the major attractions of the city center, like an astonishing view of Diocletian’s Palace, an ancient Roman palace from which the old town grew out of, and that is today a UNESCO World Heritage site. Not to forget are also the views from the Belvedere. You will probably recognize some streets and squares if you are a fan of the latest television series, like Game of Thrones. Come and roam with us through this amazing adriatic city to get to the depth of croatian culture.
