Mombasa
Upon arrival in the morning we will pick you up from Mombasa Airport or your beach hotel Mombasa/Diani/North. After a friendly welcome and a short briefing drive to Tsavo West National Park. It encompasses a wide variety of landscapes, from swamps, natural springs and rocky peaks to extinct volcanic cones, hilly plains and rocky, green-leafed foothills. Mzima Springs is a must to see the hippos, crocodiles and cheeky monkeys that come to the spring to drink. It is the park with the touch of a legend, its famous man-eating lions, which were a real problem in the late 19th century. Many track workers had to pay with their lives before big game hunters put a deadly end to the activity.
Enjoy two days of game drives in the morning and afternoon.
After breakfast we continue to Tsavo East National Park.
Tsavo East National Park is one of the oldest and largest parks in Kenya. It is considered one of the strongholds of the world’s biodiversity, and its popularity is mainly due to the huge numbers of various wildlife, including the famous “Big Five”, which consist of lions, black rhinos, buffaloes, elephants and leopards. The park also houses a wide variety of bird species such as the black kite, the crown crane, the love bird and the holy ibis. The slightly larger Tsavo East is generally flat, with dry plains through which the Galana River flows.
In the morning and afternoon game drives in search of the red elephants, leopards, lions and other animals.
After breakfast, continue to Mombasa, where you will be escorted to your beach hotel or Moi International Airport for your return flight.
End of our services.
