– The tour starts with a visit to Highland Park. Highland Park is located on a hill in the western part of the city. This is the best place to see the city and Baku bay.
– Next, the guests will visit the Old City – with its fortified walls, historic buildings and narrow cobbled streets. Guests will appreciate the main attractions of the Old Town, including the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and the famous Maiden Tower. Guests will also visit the studio of the famous artist Ali Shamsi, located in the Old Town. Just imagine that the stones under your feet keep the history of this ancient city – its honor and glory, misfortunes and sorrows.”
– During the walk, you will definitely feel that the air here smells like magic – the sea air, smelling of salt and oil, is mixed with the aromas of oriental spices and kebabs, flowing from numerous restaurants. Baku is like a young girl, full of energy, beautiful, bright and full of life. It is ready to change, but, nevertheless, follows the precepts of the ancestors. Behind the walls the city life rages, and in the Old City everything is quiet and decorous, as it has been for centuries. Baku citizens do not like to live in a hurry.
– Later the guests will proceed to Baku Boulevard and Baku Bay. This favorite vacation spot of Baku residents and guests of the capital which celebrated its 110th anniversary this year.
– Today’s tour will end with a visit to the Heydar Aliyev Center. The Heydar Aliyev Center is a cultural center, which includes an auditorium (congress center), a museum, exhibition halls and administrative offices. The project of the center was designed by the famous architect Zaha Hadid.

– A trip to Lankaran city in the south of Azerbaijan. Lankaran city is located 255 km from Baku on the shore of the Caspian Sea and is surrounded by the Talysh mountains. On the way to the city we will stop at Yardimli village, which is famous for its mountain landscapes and waterfalls. (Visiting waterfalls requires good physical preparation, and is not suitable for the elderly).

– Today’s tour starts with a visit to the historical sites of these places – Kichik Gala, Khan Evi (Palace of Khan), Balabur fortress, as well as the monument of a national hero of the Soviet Union, the legendary commander of the tank division Azi Aslanov.
– Further, we will continue our trip to the Hirkan nature reserve. On the way, we will drive past the relict forests. The Lankaran region has a unique flora and fauna. There is a tree called the iron tree and it only could be found in this zone. Lankaran is located in the subtropical climate zone and famous for its citruses and various sorts of tea. Therefore, the tea ceremony with lemon is the most important part of our acquaintance with Lankaran.

– A trip to Lerik which is located further from the sea, among the forests and is one of the highland regions of Azerbaijan. Lerik is famous for its long-livers. Our guests will have the opportunity to visit the unique museum of long-livers
– Departure from Lerik to Baku. On the way to Baku we visited Shirvan nature reserve, famous for its herds of gazelles (a kind of roe deer). Shirvan national park is also famous for its wild boars, nutrias, hares, turtles and other wild animals.

– On the way to the airport, we will visit the Green Bazar market.
– After visiting this market once, it is impossible to forget it. Here you can enjoy Azerbaijani snacks, which are difficult to find in stores and supermarkets. People come to Green Bazar not only to buy fresh products, but also to get to know the culture and identity of the local population. Vegetables and fruits are brought to the market from all regions of the country: tomatoes, peaches, pomegranates, different types of nuts, etc. have their own taste depending on their region of origin! We strongly recommend buying Azerbaijani tea in the market.
