Any other monument may be closed without prior notice, in case of king’s visit, due to sudden decision from the culture Ministry to renovate the spot, governmental or official visits, or TV company’s monument rental for shooting etc.
  • On High season’s DatesIn October, December 26th till January 4th 2024 & in March 2024. During this period, it’s hard to grant availability, hotels apply stricter rules in their cancellation and even appoint a minimum stay policy, therefore, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible to secure availability. This applies also during congresses and Fair periods, the below list is, by its very nature, neither limiting nor exhaustive: Marrakech International Film Festival Nov 24 to Dec 6, 2023
  • On AccomodationSmall cities (like Chefchaouen, Midelt, Ouarzazate, Merzouga, etc...) with a limited number of hotels and bed capacities generally don't offer the same standard and same choices as larger cities. It's kindly advised to manage the client's expectation, in term of uneven room Luxury standards, rooms similarities (ex. Same hotel may offer different layout & designs), different or small room sizes and superficies, limited room amenities.
  • Restaurants, Food & beverageAmerican Breakfast: please remind Agent not to expect a proper American breakfast in some locations especially in the south (Errachidia, Erfoud, Merzouga, Rissani, Tinghir, Zagora,etc...). Hotels in these areas enhance continental breakfasts by adding boiled eggs, cheese, omelet. During Ramadan Most of the international restaurants (Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, French....) are closed so we may change automatically to alternative Restaurants. During Ramadan Month, the belly dance show is usually not provided due to this religious Celebration.
  • About Program ChangesThere might be some unavoidable changes in tour itinerary which may be due to climate change or Governmental policies. In some cases of force majeure such as the King visit, governmental congress, TV shooting, we might be obliged to change the hotels or even the schedule of the tour. Due to the lack of acceptable public facilities in some areas, some comfort stops may be made at shops during your itinerary. During these stops there is no obligation to browse the shop or make purchases.

Along with Saturdays and Sundays, the following dates shall not be considered as working days.
